Mar. 8--The Israel Police National Fraud Unit has completed its investigation into the Agrexco Agricultural Export Co. tours affair, in which the company paid for foreign trips for MK Ruhama Avraham (Kadima) and MK Eli Aflalo (Kadima). The police have sent the file over to the State Prosecutor's Office, but say that the case is "borderline".
