Mar. 8--A "Globes" investigation has found that delays in implementing a new car leasing program for the government and a freeze in vehicle procurements is costing thousands of shekels a month. The government fleet includes hundreds of vehicles 5-6 years old, which should have been replaced months ago. Some of these cars are for ministers, judges and other senior officials, and some have been found by internal sources to be unsafe.
