The microphone whistled, the stage lights were too bright, the sight lines were awful. More than one person ended up in the men's room instead of the auditorium, thanks to poor signage.
The 22nd annual Shy Person's Talent Show went off with many a hitch on Saturday night at the Knights of Pythias Hall in Eugene, and people loved it.
"I like the fact that everybody who comes has a chance to perform," said T.K. McDonald of Eugene. "I think it's very sweet. It's a very supportive and loving audience."
