Mar. 9--STAMFORD -- Xerox Corp., which has been based in Stamford since 1969, plans to relocate its headquarters and 315 employees to 45 Glover Ave. in Norwalk late this summer. The move was not a surprise. The copier and office machine company said in November it sought to leave its sprawling campus at 800 Long Ridge Road for a smaller facility in Stamford or the surrounding area. The company sold or consolidated real estate holdings around the world earlier this decade as part of $1 billion in cost cuts.
