Mar. 9--MANTECA -- Within the past two weeks, five people who must register as sex offenders did so at the Manteca Police Department. Within hours, their addresses, within a block, were shown on the city's crime-mapping Web site. According to www.manteca pd.com, sex registrants moved into residences in the 1600 block of Queensland Avenue, 400 block of Vin Rose Way, 1000 block of West Center Street, 1800 block of East Yosemite Avenue and 1200 block of Yorktown Lane.
