Mar. 11--STRATFORD -- Sara Seaburg was 6 years old when her parents brought home a poodle named Josh.
Seaburg and her family loved that dog, doting over him like a member of the family as he grew strong and healthy.
Now, six dogs and 26 years later later, the 32-year-old Seaburg dotes on over her newest pet, a 6-month-old Dakota shepherd named Willow.
Her devotion is so strong she's even willing to deliberately break the law to ensure the dog is happy.
Her crime?
Allowing Willow to run freely in the town's parks, including Long Brook Park, around the corner from her Wilcoxson Avenue home, ...
