Mar. 11--ANSONIA -- Just about anyone who has ever held a job has at some point been yelled at by a boss. But rare is the case when the boss is forced to apologize. Yet that happened recently in the city school system. Last month, in a case that contributed to termination proceedings against him, Supt. of Schools Edward Favolise was ordered by the Ansonia Board of Education to apologize to a teacher.
