It's cold in Chicago in winter, but at Kaveri, a boutique in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, spring items are selling like it's 65 and sunny. "We've had a great response to spring so far, even though the weather doesn't match the clothes," said owner Kaveri Satpathy.
