COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, March 13 /PRNewswire/ --
Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTY; Vienna Stock Exchange) announced today that the Company's Austrian subsidiary, Century Casinos Europe GmbH, has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of G5 Sp.z.o.o., a Polish company, which holds 33.3% of all issued and outstanding shares of Casinos Poland Ltd.
The total consideration for the transaction equaled US$8,690,000, of which US$7,946,000 has been paid already. The remainder of US$744,000 is payable in six months.
