Mar. 13--Some 5-year-olds have a lot of words to say. In fact, children will have 40 percent of their vocabulary by age 5. That's one of the reasons a group is working to bring Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to Daviess County. This popular international program mails hardcover books to registered children from birth to age 5 each month, eventually creating in-home libraries -- at no cost to families.
