The Witkoff Group has selected Newmark Knight Frank as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Fort Lee Executive Park, its high-profile, two-building, 600,000-square-foot office complex in Fort Lee, N.J.
The assignment will be handled by a team comprised of principal Seena Stein and managing director Frank D. Recine, both of the global commercial real estate services provider's Rutherford, New Jersey office; and senior executive vice president and director of U.S. Operations Neal Golden and associate Rory Greenberg of the firm's New York headquarters.
