Kristin and Joshua Cooper, through their Provision Enterprises Inc. of Rogers entity and its subsidiaries, have started construction on a subdivision in Pea Ridge that will be valued at $59.2 million upon completion.
Arvest Bank-Rogers is financing the project.
Summit Meadows at Pea Ridge, located on Arkansas Highway 72 less than a mile east of Pea Ridge, includes 320 residential lots on 132 acres. Also, 6 acres of commercial land front the highway.
