Politicians are such big targets, just about everyone feels comfortable taking shots at them.
While we often chorus their failures, we seldom find time to praise them for their good deeds.
This column is an exception to that rule.
I begin with the early morning evacuation of some 300 residents from a Plumley Village high-rise, shortly after the top floors of the apartment building were swept by an electrical fire two days after Christmas.
