WORCESTER - Two men pleaded guilty yesterday to charges stemming from a 2005 shooting in Fitchburg.
Jonathan DeJesus, 20, of 23 Crestview Lane, Fitchburg, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in state prison after pleading guilty in Worcester Superior Court to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and firearm charges related to the April 1, 2005, shooting of 21-year-old Geraldo Rodriguez on Leyte Road in Fitchburg.
A co-defendant, 24-year-old Juan R. Irizarry, of 81 Crestview Lane, Fitchburg, was sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to being an accessory, after the fact, to assault and ...
