Went to a weight loss party last night at the Oxford Senior Center.
Seems to be a bit of a contradiction in terms there: Weight loss is no party and, in fact, when it comes to losing weight, you're better off not going to parties.
This holiday season featured all sorts of Christmas parties, where things like seafood casserole, ham, lasagna, shrimp dip, meatballs, pizza, Chinese food, many kinds of potatoes, and my personal favorite, "Pineapple Surprise," were served.
