WORCESTER - Two high-profile political figures will be named co-chairmen of the City Manager's Task Force on Homelessness, according to a source.
Jordan Levy, a former mayor and talk-show host, and William J. Mulford, a former city manager, are the choices of City Manager Michael V. O'Brien to head the long-awaited task force. Mr. O'Brien, who has been promising to name the task force for 11 months, said yesterday that he still is not ready to unveil it.
