FOUR CASES OF BIRD FLU DETECTED IN KABUL
KABUL - Afghanistan's Public Health Minister, Dr Said Muhammad Amin Fatimie, said four cases of the H5N1 virus had been confirmed in the capital Kabul.
Addressing journalists after a hospital inauguration in west Kabul, Fatimie said the four cases were detected in poultry in the Shah-Shaheed area, which has now been quarantined by the ministry.
