Mar. 12--"BROKEN" TRAFFIC SIGNAL JUST DOING ITS JOB: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That's strange advice coming from the Fix It column.
But sometimes, as we follow up on the many and varied complaints we receive, our investigation turns up surprising answers.
One such situation occurred recently after we received an e-mail from Fix It reader Molly Fellinger, who, while traveling back and forth to school, was disturbed by what she thought was a broken traffic signal on the Scajaquada Expressway, also known as Route 198.
