NORWALK, Conn., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans-Lux Corporation today announced that a wholly owned subsidiary, Trans-Lux ISE Corporation, acquired all of the capital stock of Integrated Systems Engineering, Inc. ("ISE"), an outdoor sign manufacturer located in Logan, Utah. The Union Trust Company, a First Fidelity Bank, of Stamford, Connecticut, Trans-Lux's principal banker, assisted in the financing of the acquisition.
Mr. Richard Brandt, Chairman, stated that the purchase of ISE is a natural follow-up to the Company's previous acquisitions of outdoor display lease and maintenance bases and signs, certain of which signs had been manufactured by ISE. The Company ...
