TPG adds Upper-Upscale Westin Fort Lauderdale to National Portfolio
PROVIDENCE, R.I., March 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Cranston, Rhode Island-based real estate developer/hotelier, The Procaccianti Group (TPG), today announced the purchase of The Westin Ft. Lauderdale. In a deal brokered by Molinaro Koger, TPG purchased the hotel from Starwood for an undisclosed amount.
