Mar. 13--CLAREMONT, N.H. -- The ground rules for the Claremont education adequacy forum Monday night advised attendees to keep funding out of the conversation.
The forum's focus at Maple Avenue Elementary School was to gather input on a definition of "What constitutes an adequate education?"
The Supreme Court has ordered the Legislature to come up with a definition of an adequate education and then find a way to pay for it.
Once the joint House and Senate Task Force committee, formed to define an adequate education, is satisfied with the meaning, discussion about where the money will come from will follow.
