Mar. 15--If you had lunch near Acacia restaurant in St. Philip's plaza Friday, you may have felt like you were in New York, London, Milan or Paris. The Catalina Foothills School District Foundation had an International Fashion Day show that day featuring clothes from businesses at the plaza. Approximately 70 parents and grandparents from the district ate a lunch prepared by chef Albert Hall of Acacia and took part in a raffle while watching models show off designer clothes. The $5,300 raised at the event will go into the foundation's general fund and be used to support teaching positions, said Patricia Mahan ...
