For Battle Creek Unlimited, Inc., the charge to retain, develop and attract jobs led to resounding success in developing a 3,000 acre industrial park.
Established in 1972 under a contract with the City of Battle Creek, Michigan, to market and manage the conversion of former military property, Battle Creek Unlimited transformed the rolling, wooded tract of abandoned military land with vacant, decaying structures into a thriving, modern industrial park.
