Food poisoning cases lower in China last year
Shanghai. March 15. INTERFAX-CHINA - Food poisoning caused 196 reported deaths in China last year, which is 48.56 percent less compared to the previous year, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health yesterday.
The number of reported food poisoning outbreaks dropped 4.03 percent to 596 last year and the number of people affected decreased slightly by 0.86 percent.
