Mar. 15--INLAND -- SHORT-TERM LOSS, THEN A PROFIT, CHANNELL SAYS: Channell Commercial Corp. on Wednesday said it expects to lose money for the first quarter of this year but will have a profit for the entire year.

The company, in a statement outlining its financial guidance, the company said it will bring in $32 million to $33 million in the first quarter, up from $25.1 million for the first three months of 2006. The company's projected loss of 5 cents to 8 cents a share is lower than its first-quarter 2006 loss , it said.
