RICH MCFEATERS HAS BEEN instrumental in the success of Ritz Bits and the SnackWell's line. He has tackled the specter of microwaveable snacks and has transported tiny graham crackers into new flavor territories.
During his 19-year career at Nabisco and two other food companies, McFeaters, who is project leader in the new product development group, has always met such major tests like a natural problem- solver. In fact, as a kid in Pittsburgh, McFeaters says, he was always in the kitchen.
