BARRE - Patrons of the Henry Woods Memorial Library - which lost its state certification this year - can no longer borrow items from the largest regional lender using the interlibrary loan program.
Worcester library directors this week changed the library policy and will no longer lend to institutions that are not certified.
"The City Manager and the City Council over the years have worked very hard to ensure that Worcester Public Library is certified," head librarian Penelope B.
