The Brauser Group, developer of 100 West 18th Street, a condominium project on the corner of Sixth Avenue, has sold eight of the building's 41 luxurious apartments within the first week of opening its off-site, street level showroom at 1 West 19th Street.
A hold has also been placed on one of the two penthouses, announced Scott Aaron, director of development.
Using "vignette" displays of three bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen to showcase the unique finishes and amenities of the apartments, along with large scale building renderings, prospective buyers have quickly responded by purchasing over 20% of the units between Monday and Thursday of its first week ...
