Tim Doll, operations director at Little Rock National Airport in Arkansas, has been hired as manager of the Eugene Airport.

Doll will begin work on April 16, succeeding airport Manager Bob Noble, who is retiring after running the city-owned airport for the past six years.

Eugene Public Works Director Kurt Corey announced the hiring Wednesday. He selected Doll from 44 applicants.

Doll, 46, has not been an airport manager, but Corey said he has worked in "every aspect of airport management."
