Mar. 20--ALBANY -- On Friday, the Pearl Street Coliseum hit the big time. For 30 seconds. Tenants in the combination mall/flea market chipped in $75 each to pay for a television commercial. The 30-second spot will be broadcast regularly on cable channels 9, an all-news station, and 45, the Black Entertainment Television network, for the next 12 weeks.
