Mar. 20--ALBANY -- On Friday, the Pearl Street Coliseum hit the big time. For 30 seconds. Tenants in the combination mall/flea market chipped in $75 each to pay for a television commercial. The 30-second spot will be broadcast regularly on cable channels 9, an all-news station, and 45, the Black Entertainment Television network, for the next 12 weeks. When building owner and Coliseum creator Chris Gallagher found out about the commercial, he matched the cost, around $1,200. "It's a start," he said.
