ADC to acquire controlling stake in Krone Comm India
Bangalore, Mar 20 (PTI) ADC, a leading provider of communications network infrastrcuture solutions, has agreed in principle to acquire an additional 11 per cent interest in Krone Communications India from Karnataka Electronics Development Corporation Ltd (KEONICS) through its subsidiary ADC GmbH.
ADC GmbH had entered into the agreement with KEONICS to acquire KEONICS' entire interest in Krone Communications India Ltd. KEONICS presently holds 5,06,000 shares in Krone. ...
