Small Businesses Lose Billions to Big Business With New SBA Policy
PETALUMA, Calif., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Small Business Administration policy set to go into effect this summer will allow the federal government to report billions of dollars earmarked for small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
