Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (Philadelphia, PA), a unit of Wolters Kluwer Healthcare, has launched "The Vaccine Quarterly" with an issue in February. It is targeted to pediatricians and family practitioners and is available on a controlled basis. It is supported by an educational grant from Merck & Co.
The journal's purpose is to distill the growing information on new vaccines and related advances that, while supportive of the public health, is nonetheless "burdensome and confusing" for practitioners.
