SAO PAULO, Brazil, March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OdontoPrev (BOVESPA: ODPV3) (REUTERS: ODPV3.SA) (BLOOMBERG: ODPV3.BZ), the largest dental benefits company in Brazil, announced its consolidated results for the fourth quarter (4Q06) and 2006.

  --  IPO: On December 1, 2006, OdontoPrev completed its Initial Public 
  Offering, raising R$171.4 million, net of distribution expenses. The 
  issue totaled 6,650,000 shares at R$28.00 per share, with an initial
