FORT MYERS, Fla. _ Lennie Rosenbluth slouches in a booth near the back of the diner, his championship ring twinkling in the mid-afternoon light. His eyes blaze as 1957 comes to life once more.
Memories spill from his thick New York accent. He remembers the silence, the way the crowd inside Kansas City's Municipal Auditorium sat stunned after North Carolina beat Kansas, 54-53, in triple overtime for the 1957 NCAA basketball title. It was one of the greatest college games ever, and the memory never grows old.
