Mar. 21--From his vantage point, former White House chef Walter Scheib said the biggest difference between the Bill Clinton and George W. Bush administrations was not a political one. "This is not a red story, or a blue story. If anything, it's divided along gender lines," Scheib said. Both former first lady Hillary Clinton and first lady Laura Bush were interested in trying new things and serving fresh, healthful foods at the White House.
