CB Richard Ellis announced this week that it has arranged a 45,000 s/f renewal at 1270 Avenue of the Americas on behalf of Premiere Radio Networks, Inc.
CBRE's Clyde Reetz, a senior vice president in the firm's Midtown office, represented Premiere in the transaction, while law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP acted as Premiere's legal counsel for the renewal.
Landlord Tishman Speyer was represented inhouse.
