BUDAPEST. MARCH 22. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Raiffeisen Bank analysts upped the target price of Hungarian property group Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznositasi es Fejlesztesi Nyrt (BIF) by 30% to HUF 12,000 in a Thursday report.
"BIF's financial situation is transparent, its flash reports give a clear picture of business and it has a sizable and good quality real estate portfolio," Raiffeisen analyst Levente Blaho wrote in the report.
