Pritzker Realty's Pace moves on: David Pace, who has overseen the development of Baldwin Park, is starting his own company.

Mar. 22--David Pace, who from the beginning has directed development of Baldwin Park -- the neotraditional community that replaced the former Naval Training Center Orlando -- is leaving Pritzker Realty Group LP, the community's developer. Effective today, Pace is in charge of his own company, New Broad Street Management LLC, which will develop high-quality, mixed-use developments in the South and Eastern U.S.
