Mar. 22--The minority leader says Democrats' votes for the package aren't guaranteed. OKLAHOMA CITY -- The House followed the Senate's lead and approved a new state budget Wednesday, by an 84-16 vote, but Gov. Brad Henry quickly issued a statement that said he was leaning toward vetoing parts of it. "I will not hesitate to use my line-item veto authority where it is necessary to protect taxpayers' interests," said Henry, who is on spring break vacation with his family at an undisclosed location.
