NEW YORK _ A new home for feminist art at the Brooklyn Museum has a dining room that seats 39.
"The Dinner Party," the path-breaking tribute to famous and influential women by Chicago-born artist Judy Chicago, is the star attraction of the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art, which opens Friday. The Brooklyn museum says it is the first museum-within-a-museum devoted to feminist art, which many experts consider one of the most influential movements in contemporary art.
