LOS ANGELES, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Cross of California (Blue Cross) said today that it does not agree with the final report of the Department of Managed Health Care's (DMHC) Non-Routine Medical Survey on rescission issues. The DMHC report is based largely on factual errors and includes exaggerated and unfounded accusations.
In many instances, the Department never even identified the cases it claims are deficient, so Blue Cross of California (Blue Cross) never had an opportunity to respond.
