All industrial roofs are under daily attack from a variety of sources. The roof deck is exposed to weather effects such as rain, snow, sleet, and temperature extremes. In addition, a large number of potentially damaging pollutants such as petroleum residue, chemicals, salts, and acids coming from nearby stacks and vents attack the surface.
