The Chicago Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law v. Craigslist 2006 WL 3307439 (N.D. Ill. Nov. 14, 2006) case, reported in detail in the April 2006 issue of UNITS magazine, has been dismissed.
Plaintiff the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law, Inc., sued Craigslist for publishing on its Web site a number of discriminatory housing advertisements authored by third parties.
