WORCESTER - Like most smart would-be candidates, Grace C. Ross is coy about her intentions for running for office.

With the municipal elections half a year away, it's just too early in the game to disclose campaign plans.

But Ms. Ross, 46, who pulled in 43,000 votes, or about 2 percent of the total vote as the Green-Rainbow Party nominee in last year's governor's election, said she's weighing a bid for an at-large seat on the City Council in the fall, and possibly for mayor as well.
