Mar. 28--Kristen Wenrich feels useless when she drives by Bethlehem's Liberty High School and sees students smoking while hanging out on surrounding streets. As coordinator of the anti-tobacco program in the city's Health Bureau, Wenrich knows that state records show no Liberty students have been disciplined or fined for having tobacco on school property. They're smart: They smoke just beyond Liberty's boundary at lunch. "It is frustrating," Wenrich said. Well, 16-year-old Gabby Almodovar, dragging on a butt at Linden and Locust streets, just across from the high school, has a message for Wenrich.
