The Yorkshire Post Today reports that Richmond Ice Cream is investing 4.5 million [pounds sterling] ($8.7 million) in the warehouse and production facilities at its Leeming Bar site in North Yorkshire, Europe's biggest ice cream plant. The new investment involves the construction of an additional 6,300 square meter warehouse, three times the size of the current facility.
