The stale and musty bank buildings of yore don't cut it anymore.
"In our own business, we always felt that you have one chance with new customers to make a good impression," says Bruce Whittaker, president and chief executive of Greene County Bancorp Inc., parent of The Bank of Greene County. "We want branches to be the kind of place that customers enjoy doing their business."
