Mar. 29--ConAgra Foods' promised product innovation includes frozen microwave dinners designed to use steam for added taste and freshness.
The company said it plans to launch a Healthy Choice line of 12 frozen dinners this summer called Cafe Steamers. The meals will have special trays to steam-cook in a microwave oven.
One goal is crisper, tastier vegetables, ConAgra spokeswoman Stephanie Moritz said Wednesday.
