Mar. 29--For 15 years, Marty Kool held court as the go-to guy for all things blues at Hear's Music. After the niche CD store closed earlier this month, Kool found a new home in the music department of the 17th Street Market. A popular DJ on community-radio station KXCI (91.3-FM), he will be in charge of the CD section at the sprawling international market, 840 E. 17th St. We chatted with the blues aficionado by phone last week.
